The last time I was in the Philippines(September,2009), I visited Santolan.Gone are the rice fields which dominated the area and the place was too noisy because of tricycles everywhere!!The church was still the same but the school has grown quite a lot!!I was able to talk(over the phone)to Nina de Leon and learned a bit about present conditions! The two persons I spent my time in Santolan way back in the mid 1960's (Mons. Nico Bautista and Vic "Boy" Laurena)are both gone(deceased)!

its a common house rules anywhere to show respect to your neighbors. I guess u have to follow rules since youre living in a condominium :D
my friend lives in Pasig Royale and i like the place. it is so simple yet elegant, good for new/starting couple and the catch, cityland is the developer so it a trusted name!
