This isn't the HS Bldg. D: (Even far back in the 90's) Its the epic Urbano Bldg. It is where Elementary students are "educated" :)) The building you are talking about it the Smits Bldg, which is btw, located at the upper right side of the campus :D

All schools have let's say, "dumb" people in it. Including my school today. And even known schools/colleges/universities. when i was at k2....it was raining and i fell down the the monkey bars to the stones[it was stones pa before]...and i couldnt breathe...so that HURT!...LOL i still wanna go back to VCS!!!

BEAUTIFUL architecture, the building itself is just gorgeous! The nice cool blue against the white has a cooling effect needed in the skyline here.
